Your order data is used to take payment, deliver, and support your purchase.

We collect the name, email, phone, address, order, payment reference, and delivery information needed to operate FoilCover. Card and UPI credentials are handled by Razorpay and are not stored by FoilCover.

Necessary processing

Checkout, payment verification, fraud prevention, packing, shipping, customer emails, returns, accounting, and legal records.

Optional measurement

Meta, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity load only after you choose “Allow measurement.” You can choose “Necessary only” without affecting checkout.

Service providers

Razorpay processes payment, Resend delivers transactional email, Vercel hosts the application, and contracted carriers deliver orders.

Retention and security

Records are retained only for operations, support, accounting, fraud prevention, and applicable legal obligations. Access to the operations portal is restricted and actions are audited.

Your choices

Ask for access, correction, or deletion where legally available by emailing info@thefoilcover.com. Necessary transaction records may need to be retained.
